About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Ironworks, a business based in Alberta, Canada. They apply to our website at aiironworks.com and to the Ironworks AI app at ai.aiironworks.com and ai.cloudydays.ca. By using the website or the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You may create an account with an email address and display name, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

Your content and code

You are responsible for the content and code you submit to the app, and for reviewing AI output before you use it.

AI output

AI output may be wrong. It is provided for you to review and verify before relying on it for any purpose.

Credits

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend accounts for abuse.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
