Who we are

AI Ironworks is a business based in Alberta, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What this policy covers

This policy covers our website at aiironworks.com and the Ironworks AI app at ai.aiironworks.com and ai.cloudydays.ca.

Information we collect in the app

• Your account email address and display name.
• Your password, which is stored only as a salted hash.
• If you sign in with Google, only your Google account ID, email address and name. This is used solely to sign you in. It is never used for advertising and is never shared with anyone.
• The projects, files and chat history you create in the app.
• Your credit balance and usage records.
• One strictly necessary sign-in cookie.
• Server logs.

Cookies

The app sets one strictly necessary cookie, which keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Service providers

• AI model providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Alibaba Cloud (Qwen) receive the prompts and code needed to perform a task.
• Hosting — OVH (Canada).
• Email — sent from our own mail server.

We do not sell data, and we do not use customer content to train models.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open and is deleted on request. Server logs are rotated.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@aiironworks.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Privacy law

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you visit us from the EU or the UK, the GDPR may also apply to your personal information, and you may exercise your access, correction and deletion rights using the contact address above.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
